1. Eligibility for Refund

• NO REFUND AND RESHIPMENT IF– Customer is unavailable during delivery or entered the wrong address in the website.

2. Seized by Customs Option

We 1 reshipment at no extra cost for our WorldWide Express packages. In cases of customs confiscation, we no longer provide refunds but will ensure that a replacement package is sent in a timely manner.

3. Refund Amount

• Received Products: 50% refund on the product price, excluding the shipping fee and handling fee.

4. Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept return package.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through:

• Store Credit

6. In-store Credit

Upon the customer’s request, refunds can be converted into in-store credit. Alternatively, we may offer in-store credit if it is more convenient for both the customer and ProModafinilMind.

6. Cashback Policy

To be eligible for cashback rewards, customers must be logged into their account at the time of purchase. Our system automatically tracks cashback for logged-in users only. We do not offer manual cashback credits for orders placed without logging in, under any circumstance.
